About
The intersection of data,
operations, and craft
I sit at the intersection of data operations, analytical problem-solving, and stakeholder management. I find patterns others miss — whether that is a 1-billion-row data problem that was actually 4 million rows, a recurring support issue quietly costing $7,000 in engineering hours, or a defect detection algorithm that needed a completely different geometric model. I build things that make teams faster, not just busier.
Analytical Depth
I don't accept the first estimate. I trace data problems to their actual root — whether that's a billion-row estimate that was really 4 million, or a defect model that needed a fundamentally different geometry.
Operational Scale
Managed 35+ people at Amazon across two cities, 8-domain teams at RealPage, and quality systems serving thousands of clients simultaneously.
Builder Mindset
Python automations, AI agents, browser extensions. If something is manual and repetitive, I find a way to make it not. Two tools I built became permanent product features.

Projects
Work that moved the needle
Saved client 400 hours of manual work. Delivered in 3 working days.
The 4-Million-Row Discovery
Engineering wanted to reject a client data request estimating 1 billion rows. I traced the actual nested data model and found the real volume was 4 million rows — a cross-join artifact, not real data. Built Python API automation in one day. A client with 2,000 properties received their full compliance report within 3 working days.
4 feature enhancements shipped. $7,000 in engineering hours recovered.
Roadmap Analysis That Saved $7,000
Used SQL to analyze 8 months of recurring support cases across 4 product domains. Calculated cost per category using average internal engineering hourly rates multiplied by recurring resolution time. Presented quantified business impact to the product team, directly influencing the annual roadmap and eliminating recurring ticket categories.
50% increase in defect coverage — 150 defects detected vs 100 in the same area.
UniqueAmazon Defect Detection Algorithm
Redesigned Amazon's last-mile navigation defect detection from a rigid MGRS grid system to a sphere-based algorithm centered on confirmed error points. Grid boundaries were causing miss clusters near cell edges. The radius model captured spatially correlated errors that the grid consistently missed. Algorithm was permanently adopted across the team.
Team quality score held at 100%. Manual review time cut by 70%.
AI Agent Suite for Support Quality
Built 4 AI-powered agents for a team of 8 support analysts: a Resolution Writer Coach, a Case Triage Assistant, a Quality Checklist Agent, and an Internal Knowledge Assistant. Two interns who consistently used these tools were converted to full-time employees based partly on their output quality.

How I Found 4 Million Rows in a Billion-Row Estimate
Engineering wanted to reject the client request outright. The real data volume was 4 million rows, not a billion. Here is how I traced it.
What 8 Months of Support Tickets Taught Me About $7,000 in Wasted Engineering Time
Recurring support tickets feel like a customer service problem. They are actually a product data problem — and if you quantify them correctly, product teams will listen.
Why Amazon's Grid-Based Defect Detection Was Wrong
The MGRS grid system is a legitimate coordinate reference. But as a unit of analysis for finding navigation errors, it has a structural flaw that causes you to miss exactly the defects you most want to find.
Four AI Agents for a Team of Eight: What Worked and What Did Not
We reduced manual review time by 70% and held a 100% quality score. Here is an honest account of each agent, what problem it solved, and where it fell short.
